CH Friant's Indy Anna was born May 3, 1992 and was raised as a conformation show dog by breeder Cindy Friant in Crown Point, IN. She earned her championship in 1992 and 1993 and won a total of 36 awards in her career. Cindy told me the judges just loved to see Anna prance around the show ring. Anna is also mom to a number of offspring Silkies. When Cindy decided to retire Anna, I brought her to my home to be a companion to little sister Misty. Anna was healthy and active for most of the four years she was with us. Although she is small, she thought she was the boss and would not hesitate to attack bigger and younger "sister" Misty if she felt the occasion called for it. She could be very loud and fierce too. Anna was definitely a mommy's girl; she was always under my feet and loved to be by my side for cuddles and tummy rubs. Every day when I came in from work she did the cutest little tap dance. After a very brief battle with bone cancer, she went to the Rainbow Bridge on May 8, 2006. How I cherish those precious memories of my sweet little Anna. |
Yep, I know I'm cute. All I have to do is give my mommy this innocent look and she is wrapped around my little paw. |
| Hi there! Mommy says I have to sit in this chair and look at the flashing black thing in her hands. I'm not moving; I know who gives me those bully sticks and pig ears. |
| Hey Misty, Check this out! |
Misty and I can look through this glass door to see what Mommy is doing in the front yard. Mommy plays in the front yard but me and Misty has to play in the back yard. |
| It's time to go nighty-night. Can you bring me a fresh bully stick Mom? |
| Catching a few Z's My mommy says I'm cranky when I'm sleepy. We girls need our beauty rest. |
