| Misty's Pedigree |
| Misty is the offspring of champion parents; her mom was featured in Dog Fancy Magazine. She has a number of champion Silkies in her pedigree as well as lines from breeders who excel with their Silkies today. Misty is a bit larger than the average Silky but she is still a little doll and possesses many traits common to Silky Terrors, or I mean Terriers. She has been the boss of the home ever since her arrival in November of 1999, however she did get some alpha competition from Aunt Anna. Misty takes her job seriously and gives Mommie lots of stubborn challenges as well as kisses and hugs, especially when she thinks she is in trouble. She was very jealous of Aunt Anna, you could see the pouting expression on her face when Mommy paid attention to Anna. Playing with blankies and toys are her favorite pastimes; she also enjoys chasing rabbits in the yard. No stranger will dare step a foot in our yard while Misty is on guard; she even lets everyone know when the neighbors come home. |
