Great Smokey Mountains
On the background picture notice the winding road far
below the point where I stood as I took the picture.
This is the road between Gatlinburg
and Pigeon Forge, TN.  It's about five
miles of gorgeous mountains.  There
are side roads that you can take
further into the backwoods of
the mountains.  Notice all the holiday
traffic (Memorial Day) in the third
picture.
The next few pictures were taken on the road between Lexington, Kentucky
and Knoxville, Tennessee.   It has some breathtaking scenes.
