| The Canoe Pageant |
The Canoe parade made its way down the river that runs through the park. It was very colorful and entertaining. Participating were representatives from each village who performed their native dances while riding along in the canoes. Near the end of the pictures on this page is a hut alongside the river where people are waiting for the parade to start. The last shot is a view of the river. |
