Oct. 3, 2008 - The Walk Through
| Finished at last! Well almost. The day finally came for the first walk-thru. I was very emotional because it was barely started when I last saw it. John had been so good to stop by and send pictures, but now I was going to see it in person! It is beautiful and I love it; can't wait to live there. Below are some of the pictures I took and a couple John took of me. The other two people in some of the pictures are Miriam the construction superintendant and John my realtor. |

| Master bedroom suite is on the ground floor. It has bay windows and a trey ceiling, a bathroom with double vanity and separate tub and shower, and a huge walk-in closet. |
| It seems many homes in Raleigh have bonus rooms, which is a room that you can use for anything you want, such as an extra bedroom, an office, a sitting/TV or media room or anything else. This particular model home has a huge bonus room with an entertainment nook. |
| The three upstairs bedrooms all have cathedral ceilings and large closets. One has a walk-in closet plus an extra large closet in the hallway. This house has one bathroom upstairs and 1 1/2 bathrooms downstairs. |
| Picture to the left was taken from the bonus room window, below is side of house, and close up of garage. I didn't realize the garage had two separate doors until John sent pictures after the first week. Then I had to go back to the builder and order another door opener. |
